Ahem...Aileron time now: built flat on the board with a straight edge against the aileron LE. The diagonals are drawn long and are fitted 'on the job' (No, Cliff!) to allow for the angles involved...

A few little jobs: sort the skid; recess the wing bolts; yet another decalage check...

That's about it for the airframe: in line with my previous 6th scale models, the Skylark will be entirely covered from my diminishing stock of HK film...

Looks great Chris, and a very manageable size.
Do you remember Keith Humber’s model of the Prefect, built to a larger scale and available as a Radio Modeller plan? I think I have the original magazine feature if you’re interested. I remember it had a very chunky, and possibly scale wing section.
I’ll look forward to seeing yours in the air. Happy ironing.

That's about it, then...had a chance for a maiden a couple of weeks back, but Motters forgot to pack the wings!
