Built from a Cliff Charlesworth plan and a Cliff Evans kit.

Modelled on the full size at Lasham. They reported tricky handling which they attributed to the round wing struts causing turbulence over the tail. So I made then a streamline section but I think that the problem is more to do with the peculiarities of V-Tails. See below. C.G. on the plan is too far back which made for a lively maiden flight but no damage and once moved 1 cm forward it flew fine. But you have to set it up for the V-Tail – only use the outside of the two vee’s as the rudder. Because of the bank, the inside vee only introduces down elevator, no rudder. Wing strut attachment still needs a bit of work.
