I started modelling when I was 7 after 50 years as a professional photographer, retired last year, due to ill health have always flown, gliders plus scale, prop, and EDF. currently in hospital having treatment. Lots of the time on my hands looking for winter project, decided on a vintage glider just currently out the research, came across this forum this morning.

Yes I’m doing well thanks it’s giving me quite a bit of time to do research decided to build a 4.3m Slingby Type 13 Petrel.

The only thing I’m missing is playing my guitar.

You have to explain, I was trying to type without my glasses on.

Needed a full stop after the 7, otherwise you started modelling 43 years before you were born....
