The canopy interior will be sealed off when completed, so the interior needs to be painted and the bits and pieces inside well secured to avoid them coming loose after one of my landings...

The Skylark is completely covered with HK film, the only paint involved is brushed on inside the canopy.

Here are the stats:

Scale: 6th
Span: 3.05m
Wing section: HQ 35/12
A.U.W. 4.7lbs

Four Functions: Rudder, Elevator, Ailerons & Release

As a matter of historical interest, this is my 50th glider since I retired, less than 11 years ago...

50 models over 11 years is 4.5 models a year.. Ye gads!
