This is the start of the repair on my Tandem faulk that got damaged at Chedder this year, when the power switch stopped working.
Would like to thank at the beginning of the rebuild. Cliff for cutting me the formers I required and Ian for the drawings.

More work done on the Tandum today thanks to cliff for his formers that he supplied and making good use of the jig that I made a couple of years ago, it took all morning to set the jig up but then it was a walk in the park.

Professional work on hand here!!!
See how this K14 was repaired, the same way with a jig.
Keep up the nice work and next year another motor glider will soar the sky again.

Here is a update, after a mess made on the first attempt with fitting the formers this was found with a trip to AEB.
So it all came off , and I started again.
This is why Ian your comment was correct the positioning of the formers coursed the stingers to curve, but these pictures show the stringers straight, as the second attempt is better now I was shown the error of my ways.

You have that correct, it's funny I get a great feeling hacking I to a damaged Wiin to revel a good Skelton to work with.
A while ago I would only remove as small as possible the damage.
Thanks for that
